Pradeep Bisht
@pradeepbisht1
Senior engineering leader and CTO building AI platforms at enterprise scale.
What I'm looking for
I’m a senior engineering leader and CTO with 20+ years building and scaling technical organizations from startup to enterprise. I’ve built engineering teams of 50+ across 6 countries, managed $5M+ budgets, and driven $40M acquisition through technical excellence.
I bring a deep hands-on foundation—15 patents and products shipped to 100M+ users—across AI/ML, SaaS, storage, and infrastructure. I’m a builder who does my best work focused on engineering teams and solving real user problems.
As CTO at Taffi Inc., I built the entire engineering organization from zero: structure, hiring across 6 countries, delivery cadence, and engineering culture. I set the technical vision for an AI fashion platform on GCP (microservices, ML serving pipeline, real-time APIs) and built core systems hands-on before team handoff, including TaffiVision, Style Stitcher, Fashion Passport, and Amira.
I’ve also delivered measurable business impact through enterprise partnerships and operational excellence—Adidas technical integration with 120% CR lift and 53% AOV lift, and 99.9% uptime with CI/CD, testing, and on-call practices. Prior to that, I architected and scaled product stacks at MOJO X and led next-gen storage engineering at NVELO (independent R&D post-acquisition), supported by a consistent track record across product, platform, and technical strategy.
