Responsibilities

- Oversee the development of training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and instructional guides, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
- Utilize data analytics to measure training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to enhance program outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify skill gaps and develop strategies to address them through targeted training initiatives.
- Manage a team of training professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a high-performance culture within the Training and Development department.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously evolve our training programs.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Experience utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in a leadership role managing training teams.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools to assess training impact and ROI.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.
- Experience with e-learning development tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Knowledge of performance management systems and employee engagement strategies.
