Role Overview
We are looking for an innovative and strategic Chief Learning Officer (CLO) to lead our organization in cultivating a robust learning culture that enhances employee development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a forward-thinking learning strategy that supports organizational goals and enhances employee capabilities.
- Lead and inspire a team of learning professionals to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning and development programs.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate learning objectives with business strategies and performance metrics.
- Champion the use of innovative learning technologies, such as e-learning platforms, virtual reality, and AI-driven learning tools, to enhance learning accessibility and engagement.
- Establish partnerships with external organizations to bring in best practices and expand learning resources.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous feedback and knowledge sharing to promote a growth mindset across the organization.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning strategies that drive organizational performance.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience with a variety of instructional design methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences and track learning outcomes.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth industry.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and analytics tools.
- Certification in instructional design or related professional development credentials.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with performance management systems and employee engagement tools.
