Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
- Certifications in training and development (e.g., ATD, CPTD) are a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training software
- Familiarity with LMS platforms for tracking and reporting training programs
- Experience with video conferencing tools and virtual training platforms
