Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Training Assistant to join our dynamic team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. In this role, you will support the development and execution of training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. You will work closely with trainers and subject matter experts to facilitate engaging learning experiences that align with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training materials and programs
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and communication with participants
- Support trainers during workshops and seminars by providing necessary resources and tools
- Conduct pre-training and post-training evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives
- Maintain training records and databases, ensuring accurate tracking of participant progress and feedback
- Collaborate with team members to identify training needs and develop actionable plans to address them
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, education, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or a support role within an educational or corporate environment
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Experience with training software and tools for creating and delivering training content
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus
