Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Experience with e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies
- Certification in training or instructional design is a plus
