Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Employee Development Manager to lead initiatives that foster employee growth and enhance organizational effectiveness. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and evaluating development programs that align with our mission of cultivating a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive employee development strategies that support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create tailored training programs to address them.
- Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences that promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and equipped for success.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee development to ensure our programs remain competitive and relevant.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in employee development, training, or organizational development roles.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement impactful learning and development programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Certification in coaching, training, or talent development.
- Proven experience in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and adult learning methodologies.
- Familiarity with HR software and performance management tools.
- Ability to leverage digital tools for remote learning and development.
