Required and Preferred Qualifications

Preferred:
- Experience with instructional design and e-learning tools
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Certifications in training or coaching (e.g., ATD, CPTD) are a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training platforms
- Basic understanding of video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for remote training delivery
