- Oversee the management of the learning management system (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery and tracking of training initiatives
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and mentorship through the development of coaching and leadership programs
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the company remains competitive
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs at an organizational level
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Certification in instructional design or training methodologies (e.g., ATD, CPTD)
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning technologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and content development software
- Knowledge of data analytics tools to assess training effectiveness
- Experience with project management software and collaboration tools
