Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist in the assessment of learning needs through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights on knowledge gaps and skill requirements.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training sessions, and job aids.
- Support the implementation of learning initiatives and monitor their effectiveness through feedback and evaluation methods.
- Participate in the facilitation of training sessions and workshops, ensuring a positive learning environment for all participants.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning strategies by providing insights based on participant feedback and outcomes.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development role, internships included.
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Preferred:
- Experience with e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
- Certification or coursework in instructional design or training facilitation.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools to measure training effectiveness.
