Role Overview
We are looking for a Trailhead Maintenance Manager to oversee the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our learning platform, Trailhead. In this role, you will ensure that our educational content remains up-to-date, relevant, and engaging for users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions that enhance the user experience while managing a team of dedicated professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of Trailhead's content, ensuring alignment with the latest industry standards and user needs.
- Manage a team of content developers and instructional designers, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Analyze user feedback and learning analytics to identify areas for enhancement, driving data-informed decisions to optimize content quality and engagement.
- Collaborate with product managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to define content strategy and roadmap.
- Develop and implement processes for efficient content updates, approvals, and quality assurance, ensuring timely delivery of new and revised materials.
- Maintain a scalable content library that supports multiple formats, including videos, interactive modules, and assessments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content management or educational program development, preferably within a technology or e-learning environment.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving successful project outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience leveraging data to inform content strategy and decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce products and ecosystem.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
- Experience in a remote work environment and managing remote teams.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in content management systems and e-learning tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools to assess user engagement and content effectiveness.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web content standards.
