Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Grounds Maintenance to oversee and enhance the landscape management and maintenance operations for [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in grounds maintenance or landscape management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design principles, and pest management practices
- Proven track record of managing budgets and optimizing operational efficiencies
Preferred:
- Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) or equivalent certifications
- Experience with project management software and landscape design tools

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
