Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trailhead Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to timelines. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to coordinate the efforts of diverse teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address potential delays or issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project scheduling and budgeting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager).
- Experience with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
