Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our healthcare team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical research projects as needed.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in the state of [$COMPANY_LOCATION].
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in mechanical ventilation management and non-invasive ventilation techniques.
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools such as pulse oximeters, capnography, and blood gas analyzers.
- Experience with patient monitoring systems and respiratory care software.
