Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management with a proven track record of leadership in a healthcare setting
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and reimbursement methodologies
- Experience in managing large teams and driving organizational change
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certifications such as Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE) or related credentials
- Experience with revenue cycle management software and EHR systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Advanced proficiency in revenue cycle management software and analytics tools
