Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with state and federal laws governing repossession activities
- Maintain relationships with external vendors, including towing companies and auction houses, to facilitate efficient asset recovery
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, detailing performance metrics and strategic recommendations
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in repossession management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of repossession laws and regulations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with asset recovery software and technology
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in repossession management software and tools
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Familiarity with GPS tracking and remote monitoring systems
