Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Deep understanding of risk assessment methodologies and business impact analysis
- Proven track record of managing recovery efforts during operational disruptions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams under pressure
Preferred:
- Certification in Business Continuity Management (CBCP, MBCI, or equivalent)
- Experience with incident response frameworks and tools
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements relevant to your industry
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in business continuity planning software and recovery tools
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate risks and develop mitigation strategies
