Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Director (Pre-K) to lead our innovative programs focused on enhancing educational opportunities for young learners with diverse needs. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and assessment of special education services, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while fostering an inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of special education programs for Pre-K students, aligning with best practices and educational standards.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and community stakeholders to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) that reflect the unique needs of each student.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Special Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in special education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful special education programs.
Preferred:
