Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Pre-Kindergarten Education Specialist to join our innovative educational team. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with pre-kindergarten children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience with specific educational frameworks, such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or HighScope.
- Familiarity with assessment tools and strategies for measuring child development.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
