Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive payroll experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Proven experience with payroll systems and technologies, with the ability to analyze and implement improvements.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, FPC) in payroll or human resources.
- Experience with large-scale payroll operations in a multi-state or international environment.
- Proficiency in leveraging data analytics for decision-making and strategic planning.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
