Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and strategic Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll management, with a strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
- Proven experience with payroll software systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
Preferred:
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within payroll.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep knowledge of payroll processing systems and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with compliance reporting and payroll audits.
