Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Payroll to lead our payroll operations at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in payroll management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices
- Proven experience in managing payroll systems, including implementation and optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships across all levels of the organization
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification
