Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Materials Planning Manager to join our dynamic supply chain team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in materials planning or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Certification in APICS (CPIM or CSCP) or equivalent recognized supply chain certification.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a team or cross-functional projects.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions, forecasting methodologies, and statistical analysis.
- Experience with materials requirements planning (MRP) and just-in-time (JIT) inventory systems.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools to present insights and recommendations effectively.
