Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain management, or related fields, with a proven track record of leadership.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing supply chain strategies that drive operational excellence.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume production environment.
- Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or similar are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ERP and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
