Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance management or a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, equipment repair, and safety regulations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting
Preferred:
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Relevant certifications in facility management or maintenance (e.g., Certified Maintenance Manager, Certified Facility Manager)
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in maintenance management systems (CMMS) and tools
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and techniques
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
