Role Overview
As a Maintenance Manager at [$COMPANY_NAME], you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations by overseeing maintenance activities across our facilities. Responsibilities

- Establish metrics to measure maintenance performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage maintenance budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance activities and schedule downtime with minimal disruption to operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a culture of safety within the team
- Oversee the procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance management or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of maintenance methodologies including TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma
- Proven track record of implementing successful maintenance programs that improve equipment reliability
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex maintenance issues
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data analysis tools
- Certifications in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP, CPMM) are a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in maintenance management software and tools
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with troubleshooting techniques and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards relevant to maintenance operations
