Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities align with operational goals, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment history.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including cost estimation, procurement of materials, and tracking of expenditures.
- Foster a culture of safety by enforcing compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance supervision or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP, CMRT) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in maintenance software and tools for tracking work orders and inventory.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience with HVAC systems and preventive maintenance technologies.
