Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Facility Maintenance Manager to support the operational excellence of our facilities at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and implement corrective actions effectively

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory levels, and work orders to support operational reporting
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting for maintenance operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance or management roles
- Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in project management and leading maintenance teams
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to facility management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in maintenance management systems (e.g., CMMS software)
- Understanding of basic construction principles and building codes
- Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainability practices
