Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities management or related field, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic impact
- In-depth knowledge of facilities operations, maintenance practices, and safety regulations
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource allocation
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Certifications in facilities management (e.g., IFMA, BOMA) are a plus
- Experience with sustainability initiatives and green building practices
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in facilities management software and tools (e.g., CMMS, CAFM)
- Familiarity with building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems
