Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance management or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, safety regulations, and relevant industry standards
- Experience with CMMS software and data analysis tools to drive decision-making
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP, CRL) or similar
- Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in CMMS and maintenance management software
- Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and methodologies
