Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven VP of Maintenance Operations to lead and optimize our maintenance strategy across multiple facilities. Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a diverse team of maintenance professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements in maintenance operations.
- Establish and enforce maintenance standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate maintenance considerations into overall operational planning and project management.
- Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost management.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence through the implementation of effective maintenance strategies.
- Strong understanding of maintenance management systems, predictive maintenance, and reliability engineering principles.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

- Proficient in developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
