Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and regulatory compliance standards
- Proven experience in managing and leading a diverse team of technicians
Preferred:
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP, CPIM) or similar
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools
- Understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and their maintenance requirements
