Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior HRIS Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. In this entry-level position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) initiatives, ensuring data integrity and providing analytical support to enhance HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of HRIS, ensuring accurate employee data entry and updates
- Generate and analyze HR reports, providing insights to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues
- Support the implementation of new HRIS modules and features, contributing to continuous improvement efforts
- Provide user support and training for HRIS users across the organization
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee experience and HR efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Basic understanding of HRIS systems and data management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A genuine interest in HR technology and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS software, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices
- Prior internship or work experience in HR or HRIS-related roles
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying languages
- Understanding of HR metrics and reporting
- Familiarity with HR processes and employee lifecycle management
