Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR management
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices
- Experience with benefits technology platforms and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse employee groups
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or similar
- Experience in a rapidly growing or dynamic work environment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and benefits administration software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports
- Familiarity with payroll systems and integration with benefits platforms
