Responsibilities

- Maintain benefits records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support the annual open enrollment process by preparing communication materials and assisting employees with their elections
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and recommend improvements to benefits offerings
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in a benefits administration or HR role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Familiarity with benefits management software and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance issues
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Experience with HRIS systems for benefits administration
- Basic understanding of data privacy regulations related to employee information
