Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior HRIS Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support the management and optimization of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate data management and reporting. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in the HRIS domain while helping to enhance our HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Support the implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and new modules
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to meet the needs of HR and management
- Help troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvement and system optimization
- Provide training and support to HR team members and end-users regarding HRIS functionalities
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in HRIS administration or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and data management skills
Preferred:
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar
- Basic understanding of HR processes and data privacy regulations
- Experience with Excel and data analysis tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Basic knowledge of HRIS software and reporting tools
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing technologies
