Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Human Resources Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection and analysis of HR data to support decision-making processes
- Help maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HR information systems
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interview schedules and managing candidate communications
- Participate in onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a positive experience
- Assist in the development and distribution of employee surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace culture
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for HR meetings
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
Preferred:
- Internship or previous experience in an HR-related role
- Familiarity with HR software and tools
- Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Ability to analyze and interpret data using spreadsheets and databases
