Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy HRIS Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and effective reporting capabilities to support our workforce management and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established standards and practices
- Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance system functionalities and streamline HR processes
- Develop and generate complex reports and dashboards to provide insights for HR decision-making
- Support system upgrades and enhancements by testing new functionalities and training end-users on system changes
- Serve as a key point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and provide troubleshooting support for end-users
- Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in an analytical role
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel and HRIS reporting functionalities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP
- Familiarity with SQL or other database querying languages
- Certification in HRIS or related areas (e.g., SHRM, HRCI)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting best practices
