Role Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering exceptional outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of landscaping projects while ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.

- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all landscaping activities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations on plant selection, design elements, and maintenance practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of completed work and ongoing projects to ensure quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain inventory of landscaping materials and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and usage.
- Stay current on landscaping trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service offerings.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in landscape management or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design principles, and sustainable landscaping practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Proficient in project management techniques, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Certification in landscape management, horticulture, or a related discipline.
- Experience with landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
- Familiarity with local plant species and regional landscaping practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using landscaping tools and machinery, including mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and technical specifications.
- Basic knowledge of irrigation design and maintenance.
