Role Overview
We are seeking a Landscape Manager who will play a vital role in overseeing and enhancing the aesthetic and functional aspects of outdoor spaces. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of landscape projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate soil conditions, plant selection, and irrigation requirements, developing comprehensive landscape plans.
- Manage a team of landscape professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to foster professional growth and a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement of materials, ensuring projects are completed within financial parameters.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to align project goals with client expectations and environmental regulations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in landscape design and management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of plant species, landscape design principles, and sustainable landscaping practices.
Preferred:
- Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) certification or equivalent.
- Experience managing large-scale commercial or municipal landscape projects.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software for landscape planning.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of irrigation systems, soil management, and pest control techniques.
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for site analysis and planning.
