Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and visionary VP of Facilities Management to lead the planning, development, and management of our facilities operations. Responsibilities

- Manage the planning and execution of capital projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Oversee property management, maintenance, and space planning, ensuring all facilities provide a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.
- Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives, focusing on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and environmental compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure facilities meet the needs of diverse stakeholders, including employees, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in facilities operations, leveraging data and technology to enhance performance and service delivery.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in facilities management or related fields, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing large-scale capital projects and budgets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., CFM, FMP, SFP) is highly desirable.
- Experience with sustainability certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM) and green building practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in facilities management software and tools for project management, maintenance tracking, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of building automation systems and energy management technologies.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools to assess facility performance and inform decision-making.
