Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with proven ability to navigate complex employee relations issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the tech or financial services industry.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are a plus.

- Proficiency in HRIS and employee engagement platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret employee data and derive actionable insights.
