Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote positive employee relations
- Conduct research and analysis to support industrial relations initiatives and strategies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to industrial relations activities
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of labor relations and compliance
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred:
- Internship or relevant experience in industrial relations or human resources
- Familiarity with conflict resolution techniques and negotiation strategies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools
