Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, including compliance and risk management.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
- Certification in human resources (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
