Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in employee relations or HR, with a proven track record of resolving complex employee issues.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
Preferred:
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment and understanding its unique challenges.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee engagement tools.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and communication.
- Experience with HRIS platforms for managing employee data and generating reports.
- Knowledge of employee engagement survey tools and analysis methods.
