Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in labor relations or a related HR role
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining processes
- Proven experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or Labor Relations
- Experience working with labor unions and familiarity with unionized environments
- Certification in labor relations (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to track labor relations metrics

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
