Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience working with labor unions and collective bargaining agreements
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Professional certification in human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
