Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and strategic VP of EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) to lead our EHS initiatives at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Oversee the design and implementation of training programs to educate employees on EHS policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and human resources, to integrate EHS considerations into business processes.
- Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics, and prepare reports for senior management and regulatory agencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all EHS-related regulatory agencies and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for reducing environmental impact and enhancing workplace safety.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in EHS management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a large organization.
- In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful EHS programs that have led to measurable improvements in safety and compliance.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Strong understanding of EHS management systems and risk assessment methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software for EHS metrics tracking and reporting.
- Experience with incident investigation techniques and safety audits.
