Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HSE management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental laws, and industry standards.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HSE programs that resulted in measurable improvements.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a related field or professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar.
- Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in HSE management software and tools.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to track HSE performance metrics.
- Knowledge of emergency response planning and environmental management systems.
