Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Intervention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting children with developmental delays and their families by implementing individualized intervention strategies that foster growth and learning. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the developmental needs of children and create tailored intervention plans.
- Implement evidence-based intervention strategies and techniques to enhance children's cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.
- Collaborate with families to provide education and resources that empower them to support their child's development at home.
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in early intervention.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid state licensure or certification as an Early Intervention Specialist.
- 2+ years of experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of child development and early intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families and professionals.
Preferred:
- Experience in a home-based or community-based early intervention setting.
- Familiarity with various assessment tools and intervention techniques.
- Ability to speak a second language is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using digital documentation and assessment tools.
- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery.
- Knowledge of data tracking and analysis to monitor child progress.
