Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Intervention Services to lead our initiatives aimed at providing comprehensive support and transformative interventions to our communities. This strategic role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of intervention programs, ensuring alignment with our mission to foster positive outcomes for at-risk populations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine intervention strategies and programs that address the diverse needs of the populations we serve, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Establish metrics for measuring the effectiveness of intervention programs and utilize evaluation results to inform future program development and scaling.

- Advocate for policy changes and funding opportunities that support the growth and effectiveness of intervention services.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in intervention services or related fields, with a proven track record of program management.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and frameworks in intervention design and implementation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and lead teams effectively.
Preferred:
- Doctorate in a relevant field.
- Experience with grant writing and fundraising for program development.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools and methodologies for program evaluation.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data management and analysis software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, SPSS) to assess program outcomes and inform decisions.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) to streamline program implementation and tracking.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance standards relevant to intervention services.
