Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Experience working with students in a classroom or intervention setting
- Strong understanding of behavioral and academic intervention strategies
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to support student learning
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Certification or licensure as an Intervention Specialist or related credentials
- Experience collaborating with educational teams and engaging with families
- Familiarity with special education laws and practices
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

- Familiarity with data analysis platforms to evaluate intervention outcomes
