Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Habilitation Program Manager to oversee and enhance our rehabilitation services. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of habilitation programs aimed at improving the quality of life for individuals with diverse needs. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, special education).
- 3+ years of experience in program management or related roles in habilitation or rehabilitation services.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in habilitation and disability services.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays.
- Familiarity with local and federal regulations related to habilitation services.
- Certification in program management or related fields.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in data management and reporting tools.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of assessment and evaluation tools used in habilitation settings.
