Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of cytological techniques, laboratory management, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail in diagnostic interpretation.
Preferred:
- Experience with digital pathology and advanced cytological technologies.
- Track record of successful collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Publications or presentations in cytopathology or related fields.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in cytological analysis and interpretation, with expertise in fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNA) techniques.
