Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment logs
- Assist in the preparation and management of the maintenance budget, tracking expenses and minimizing costs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of building systems and equipment
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance practices
- Proven ability to lead and motivate maintenance teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a supervisory role within a facilities maintenance environment
- Certifications in facilities management or building maintenance (e.g., CFM, FMP)
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting
- Experience using maintenance management software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to building maintenance
